• Quality

Our facilities incorporate state-of-the-art cleanrooms producing packaging designed to meet medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers’ most rigorous packaging requirements.

  • Flexibility

Supply chain flexibility and agility are key concerns for businesses looking to grow. Our manufacturing footprint enables us to adjust our product supply chain, removing unnecessary delays and costs and reducing overall environmental footprint.

  • Sustainability

Sterile barrier solutions typically consist of materials that are not recycled in most community recycling programs. We’ve continuously adapted our medical packaging materials to meet the toughest standards while improving on cost-effectiveness and recyclability.

Develop Locally, Produce Globally

Whether you're in New Jersey, London or Warsaw, Poland, TEQ can help you design and develop locally while expanding your reach internationally.

Custom Thermoforming

We are experts in thin and heavy gauge thermoforming for healthcare and retail markets. Take advantage of our in-house design team, rapid prototyping, high-speed production tooling and state-of-the-art Kiefel machines to create bespoke thermoformed packaging or other specialty products that meet your business needs.

3D Printing Technology

TEQ operates a 3D printer system that utilizes the fused disposition modeling (FDM) process for rapid prototype production. With this system we can go from a concept on the computer screen to a physical representation of a part in just a few hours (vs. a few days), enabling early customer review and product fit testing while reducing costs and time to market.

Our Process

  • Definition

    Definition

Great projects are always the product of strong collaboration. To start your project off right, we get to know you, get to know your brand and style, learn about your customers and how they are targeted. We get to know every small detail that relates to your new packaging design project.

We then scope out the project:

    • Objectives: What would define a successful project?
    • Timelines
    • Specifications and requirements
    • Sustainability objectives
    • Testing requirements
    • Production and assembly requirements
    • Transportation, storage and handling requirements
    • End user satisfaction requirements

  • Design

    Design

Making our high-speed production tooling using in-house services creates an optimal environment to bring your design to life in the most cost-effective and high-quality way. Using various sampling materials, our TEQnologists can communicate efficiently with you and make adjustments where needed with the quick-change tooling system, to manage cost, lead time and your peace of mind.

Even our standard medical tray tooling can be modified to fit our medical customers’ needs by leveraging custom mold cavities, saving them significant cost and time to market by eliminating the need for full trim tooling.

  • Prototyping

    Prototyping

As a crucial step in our rapid development process, we create single-cavity mold prototypes to verify the designs. Utilizing rapid 3D printing, we can go from a concept on the computer screen to a physical representation of a part in just a few hours enabling early customer review and product fit testing while reducing costs and time to market.

  • Production

    Production

Making our high-speed production tooling using in-house services creates an optimal environment to bring your design to life in the most cost-effective and high-quality way. Our all-electric, high-speed pressure forming state-of-the-art machines are electronically controlled to maintain temperature, vacuum pressure and timing for a precise, repeatable performance. TEQ utilizes all electric servo Kiefel thermoformers that provide superior processing speeds, quality and process control, and consume much less power than traditional thermoforming equipment, making them an important contributor to our green initiative.

It’s the combination of our highly specialized team, our solutions-driven process and our state-of-the-art technologies, that ensures TEQ has seemingly limitless capabilities to deliver.
